Log Message:
Added Makefiles to the published_file heirarchy. Fixes to get closer to
having a working system again. Currently the package/package body problem
is the hold-up. I'll probably make it so they get published into the same
file again and be done with it, following the pattern "do the simplest
thing that could possibly work" pattern ;-)
