Log Message:
Modified the various array concatenation functions to work with VHDLTypes
rather than wiht scalar types to extend their scope to include any VHDL type.
With the changes, the concatenation operators can concatenate any single
dimensional arrays (earlier their application was limited to single dimensional
arrays whose elements were scalar types)
