This checkin has added automake/autoconf to TyVis.
All of the changes followed the way savant is set up
for automake/autoconf

Makefile.common.in was replaced with Makefile.am.common.
global_config.h.in replaced with stamp-h.in.
        stamp-h.in is the name required by automake for headers.
VHDLKernel/Makefile is replaced with Makefile.am, Makefile.in
VHDLKernel/standard/standard.hh and .cc were moved to VHDLKernel/ to
        work around a automake linking problem with libraries.
Ditto with VHDLKernel/textio/textio.hh and .cc
AUTHORS, COPYING, ChangeLog, INSTALL, NEWS, README were adding because
        automake checks for GNU compliance and GNU says these files need
        to exist. Currently they are empty.
acinclude.m4 replaces aclocal.m4 for the place to define macros for use
        with automake/autoconf. automake generates aclocal.m4 after
        reading in acinclude.m4
