Fixed a few more code-generation bugs:

IIRScram_AccessTypeDefinition.hh:
  Changed "true" to "TRUE" (as it should be)

IIRScram_AssociatedElementByExpression.cc:
IIRScram_TypeDefinition.cc
  Added code to handle an additional case when checking for common types in
  the parameter list of subprogram calls.

IIRScram_SelectedName.cc:
   Fixed a bug when generating code to access the field of a record through
   an access pointer for the record.
