Fixed a few more code-generation problems:

IIRScram_Allocator.cc:
  Added code to check and generate necessary type_info structures.

IIRScram_ObjectDeclaration.cc:
  Added code to pass in pointers for source array type objects when
  initializing array type objects using constructor with variable number of
  arguments
