Added/Modified a couple of constructors to eliminate compilation problems:

ArrayType.hh,.cc:
  Modfied the "getSlice" method so that it can be called on constant array
  type object also.

RecordType.hh,.cc:
  Added constructor to build a new record type from a given record type object.
