Log Message:
Fixed a code-generation bug wherein for-loop constants (or iterators) would
not get published in a subprogram (or added to the state) when the for loop
was nested with a case statement. Overloaded necessary virtual methods in
the different classes to ensure that the for-loop constants get correctly
published.
