Log Message:
Fixed some of the problems with parallel simulation. This is darn close
to working. Right now I can't seem to get ANY mpi program working on my
box, so I don't know for sure if I'm having a problem with warped or just
my config. If anyone else gets a chance to try this, let me know.

Also, the config option:
NumberOfSimulationManagers = 1

Has been added, and you need to remove the ": <n>" after the
CommunicationManager value.
