Log Message:
Added definition for textio.output. Earlier, these files
were not supported because TyVIS did not have support for files in packages
(due to issues with Time Warp based simulations). With the addtion of
support for files in packages (/architectures) this feature now works
(tested with Sequential simulations only).

textio.input is still not supported because it requires some modifications/
extensions to the warped API. Right now, simulations utilizing textio.input
will abort at startup.
