IIRScram_Operator.cc - small documentation update
IIRScram_SignalDeclaration.hh - fixed a typo that caused a huge dip in
 the regression numbers - "_is_readble" instead of "_is_readable"
dl_list.hh - performance tweaks. Even with these tweaks, the STL list
  is currently slowing down analysis by 20-30% over the old list
  implementation :-( I've not decided how to address this yet.
default_visitor.hh - made the destructor protected so that we can derive
  from this class.
