Log Message:
Refactored out a bunch of "feature-envy". Specifically I pushed some of
the methods from "_savant_entity_elab" into the VHDLType hierarchy where
they belong. Added an assertion to uncover a silent segfault on a case
I'm working on. Made "ScalarType::object" private and changed all uses
(in tyvis) to use the accessors.
