that the flag turns on cc refs.

IIRScram_ArrayTypeDefinition.cc, IIRScram_ArraySubtypeDefinition.cc,
IIRScram_ConstantDeclaration.cc, IIRScram_ScalarTypeDefinition.cc,
IIRScram_SignalInterfaceDeclaration.cc,
IIRScram_VariableInterfaceDeclaration.cc, IIRScram_WaitStatement.cc -
changed lots of "object" data member references to called to "getObject"
in the generated code.

IRScram_ComponentInstantiationStatement.cc - lots of code cleanup, removal
of casting, etc.
