Log Message:
Increased VTime::myMajor to 64 bits, hopefully in a standards compliant
way. This has decrease the performance of ping pong about 4000 events
per second. However we need this change for TyVis to be useful. The
only other prospect I see is making VTime an interface and defining it
in the applications. That seems expensive and more complicated, so I'm
going to run with this for the moment.
