Log Message:
Fixed a bug during marking process where in spurious cancellation
messeages were being generated by the kernel. The problem was that
the transactions (maintained in the state of VHDL process) were not
getting removed from the transaction list.

Added a check to ensure that old transactions get removed from the
transaction lists during the marking process (.ie. they get garbage
collected during marking).
