Most of the testing infrastructure is now in place. I still have to finish
a couple of things with the publish-vhdl testing, but for the
TESTLEVELS={parse,publish-cc,build,simulate} it should work (to invoke the
simple tests in savant.helloworld and savant.ping_pong you need only type,
for example, "make check" or "make check TESTLEVEL=publish-cc" [parse is
the default TESTLEVEL]). I did not have the simulation infrastructure with
me to verify everything so please forward any corrections to me (or better
yet, commit fixes). In any event, it's very close. The final reporting
still has to be refined. This checkin is primarily for me to move
everything off the portable. I still have to write documentation and
there's one small issue with dejagnu that I have to resolve.
