Made the destructor of IIR_TextLiteral public.

Cleaned up/refactored some methods of classes derived from
IIRScram_ObjectDeclaration.

Added a long-needed _print method to IIRScram_Attribute so that error
messages about attributes come up looking half-way smart.

Fixed a bunch of problems with 'last_event.

Introduced at least one new major bug in
IIRScram_AssociationElementByExpression, but I need to run the regression
to be sure. :-)
