Log Message:
Adding capability to add input/output file specifiers on a testcase. The
system will now copy input files in from the testsuite and compare output
files generated by the test against those present in the testsuite. I've
tested the output support against for savant.hello_world and it works
fine. I've yet to test the input support.

I also removed the summary data from the left column output entries. The
numbers were mostly bogus and confusing.
