I'm adding this file to hold functions that redefine functions in the
dejagnu test harness. This file (dejagnu_fixes.exp) is loaded by
savant.exp and occurs late in the process of startup. Consequently, we can
easily redefine functions in the dejagnu test harness simply by defining
them here.

In this checkin I'm redefining find function from utils.exp (in the dejagnu
distribution). My redefinition is slight, but it allows full exploration
of the savant.* subdirectories looking for expect scripts. The current
dejagnu find function terminates early. I'm also feeding a patch upstream
to the dejagnu maintainer.
