The following message is a courtesy copy of an article
that has been posted to comp.lang.vhdl as well.

The University of Cincinnati has receive permission to release the VHDL
models from

    1. the Billowitch test suite, and
    2. the figures in Peter Ashenden's "The Designer's Guide to VHDL

under the GNU Public License in a test suite titled VESTs. This suite
is now available for anonymous ftp access at:

    ftp://ftp.ececs.uc.edu:/pub/users/paw/software/vests.tgz

Please notify me if you have difficulty accessing this file. We
anticipate a coupling of these files with the dejagnu test harness in
the near future.
