I grabbed it, now I have 1.33MR31 (although the README file says
otherwise). I also switched to GCC 3.0 by setting
        export CC=gcc3
        export CXX=g++3
what configure seems to recognize ok.

However, I still get the error message:

>> vhdl.cc:632: macro `zzsetmatch' used with just one arg

vhdl.cc:16106:122: macro "zzsetmatch" requires 2 arguments, but only 1
given
vhdl.cc: In method `void
   VHDLParser::protected_type_body_declarative_item(IIR_DeclarationList*)':
vhdl.cc:16061: warning: unused variable `int zzpf'
vhdl.cc:16061: warning: unused variable `const

make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/savant-2.0-pre010829/src'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

The error message is a bit different with gcc 3.0 but otherwise there's
no difference.
