We have moved the cvs archives of the savant subsystems to
cliftonlabs.com:/usr/local/cvsroot. This move was made necessary by
forthcoming changes being made at the University of Cincinnati's network.
The upside of this change is that the archives are now all available for
(read-only) anonymous checkout. The relevant archives are:
savant: the VHDL analyzer/code generation system
tyvis: the VHDL simulation kernel that runs on top of warped
warped: the general purpose discrete event simulator
vests: the VHDL test archive
You can access/checkout any of thses using the standard cvs pserver access
as user anonymous. For example, you can checkout savant with the command
cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@cliftonlabs.com:/usr/local/cvsroot checkout savant
You can also track updates by using the "cvs update" command within the
checked out archive.
Another side effect of this change is that several of our developers will
be using the cliftonlabs.com machine through other pserver access and their
commits will look like they are coming from user

This is an artifact of the way I have setup their pserver access. Please
do not email savantdevel@cliftonlabs.com, use savant@cliftonlabs.com
(or the particular developer) instead.
Please let me know if you have difficulty with this access. I'm sure we'll
have some hickups as we get started, so please be patient.
