[savant-devel] savant_plugin_tutorial fixes

Hello,

I played a little bit with the savant_plugin_tutorial, but I experienced
troubles to compile the code from the sources. Finally, I managed to
compile it. The attached patch include:

* a brief info in README file saying how to compile the code
* fix of a few source files to make it compileable

I tried to execute it and it produces something. I don't really know
what it should exactly do, but at least it is compileable and it produce
a xml file with a reasonable structure. I used Tyvis code as a
refference for missing or wrong code lines.

I hope that I created this patch correctly. I used a macro in gcvs tool.
If you preffer a different config of patch files, just let me know.
