[savant-devel] Configure switch --enable-install-all

Hi,

the attached patch will add to savant a possibility to install libraries
libscram and libpccts in standard instalation dir in addition to
normally installed libaire and libsavantutils. I need this to create my
own binary similar to scram. The binary will link my savant plugin
staticaly to make debuging easier.

If you want to install all libraries build during savant compilation,
use --enable-install-all parameter with your configure script. If you
run configure --help, you will get a simple help message about this switch.

I already managed to compile my binary with my plugin. I'll test it and
then I let you know how I managed it.
