TypeInfo cloning all around.  Right now TypeInfos will be cloned everywhere
.  This is to accomdate the new publishing for dynamic TypeInfos.  There
is a performance penalty that we will need to address.  There are several
options for this.  Of course, I'm trying to get a functional system before
worrying about performance optimization...
