Log Message:
Made the fat base class fatter.  Pushed logical operations into RValue,
as well as shift operators.  Overridden in pertinent classes, errors 
otherwise.  Also took the opportunity to make a nice refactor of the
implementations for some of the array operations down into
CompositeLiteral.
