Log Message:
Fixed a "feature envy" issue in ArrayTypeInfo/ScalarTypeInfo.  ObjectBase
no longer clobbers its data when it updates, instead it just copies the
values over.  (This change is lightly tested but allows some simple 
std_logic_cases using resolution functions to run.)
