Log Message:
Added get_prefix call to ObjectDeclaration publish_cc_rvalue method to publish 
object name with variable call in component instantiations.  

Added CC_REF output for _publish_cc_rvalue calls to better document actual code
generation hierarchy.  Calls added as necessary to trace code generation problems
and will eventually be fully documented for debugging purposes.
