Added _publish_cc_lvalue() function to TyvisConstantInterfaceDeclaration to
override ObjectDeclaration to mimic the functionality of VariableInterface
Declaration::_publish_cc_lvalue(), i.e. include prefix for variable references
from outside the object

Removed prefix code generation code from AssocElemByExp that is replaced by
above change

Testing set_publishing_unit(GENERIC_MAP) in TyvisAssociationList -
get_publishing_unit returning NONE for many publishing objects, will need 
to test further
