Still working on problems with conflicts in (not)needing object name 
included in variable references

Changed _publish_cc in ConstantInterface to _rvalue() to allow overloading
with _lvalue() calls

Removed prefix setting in ProcessStatement publish statement - may cause 
problems not tested with sample cases 

Changed ObjectDeclaration _publish_cc_rvalue function to call dynamic 
_publish_cc_lvalue call instead of locally defined one
