Updated copyright notices to 2005.

Big changes to record types - array types and record types now share a
common interface.  This fixes some issues with Billowitch cases where
there are lots of record types - sometimes they aren't even used, but
they still impact the test.

Commented out the scram call in the tyvis build system.  That hosed the
regression run last night.  I need to look at this more closely and speak
with Phil about it sometime.
