- Added PhysicalTypeInfo(range) constructor to avoid recursive_init errors
  when using g++-4.0
  - PhysicalTypeInfo referenced vector<UnitDeclaration> which referenced
    PhysicalLiteral which referenced PhysicalTypeInfo static objects
- Modified code generator to call PhysicalTypeInfo with range then call 
  addUnits for PhysicalTypeInfo definitions
- Verified to fix Billowitch test cases tc277, tc278, tc279, tc281
