Log Message:
- Added CC_REF calls for several functions to better track source of
  generated code 
- TyvisWaitStatement - VHDLType does not exist in new plugin architecture
  - functional equivalent for addChild calls is ObjectBase
- TyvisStringLiteral - several regression tests indicate problem with VHDL
  'null' type publishing 
  - change currently indicates that the call matched null but we will have
  to deal with the match further to generate working code
  - compile currently fails with undefined function 'null'
