- Added VHDLUnary operators to Value and corresponding classes to resolve
  issues with code such as -(ARG+1) contained in numeric_std
- in TyvisExpression readVal published with extra ) causing compile errors
- removed getIntValue call to return an RValue object in 
  TyvisConstantDeclaration
- TyvisObjectDeclaration calling non-local get_subtype function to 
  determine if locally static, changed to call local
