Log Message:
- Added getCurrentPos function to AccessObject for single character and 
  bit parsing after a readline
- Added read function for bit and made changes to character reads
- All bit,character reads read single value without quotes as the character
  value, this is based on the assumptions in tc3202/3 
- Write functions changed to correspond with the new definition
