Clifton Labs offers a full range of custom VLSI Design Services. We follow a rigorous design flow with consistent and recurring testing throughout the design cycle. We have successfully designed, fabricated, and integrated custom VLSI chips into systems with functioning application software. We have considerable expertise with various manufacturing technologies of CMOS and BiCMOS processes and can provide our customers a wide range of design and testing support including work with:

We have a complete VLSI design, analysis, and test cycle that is strictly followed for all chip development activities. We perform node-by-node comparisons of circuit designs to extracted circuits and aggressively use simulation analysis to verify component and system functionalities. This cycle helps to reduce errors and ensure maximum confidence that the manufactured chips will function as designed.

Clifton Labs has experience with a variety of design tools and with several different manufacturing technologies. We maintain an active account with the MOSIS fabrication services. If desired, Clifton Labs can complete the design, submit it for fabrication, and even perform post fabrication test and system design for our clients.
